My approach

My approach is not to dwell on calories, fats, carbs, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
For years I have been struggling with body image issues, and I understand the feeling of looking in the mirror and hating its reflection. I undersand how daunting it can be to face your “fear foods” and be free in your mind. I know how hard it can be to combine studies and a healthy lifestyle, and to take the time to take care of yourself whilst enjoying time with friends and family. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Whatever we do, we have to do it coming from a place of love and self-compassion. I can give you a healthy menu and some natural remedies, but if you don’t learn to go to the root cause of the problem, you’ll never keep those habits and you’ll keep falling off the wagon.

Why is my approach different from the others?

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. My work goes beyond nutrition: it digs deeper into the root cause of the problem. I use a wide range of skills to help you feel your best; psychomorphology, mindfulness, aromatherapy, phytotherapy, homeopathy, stress management, …

I don’t have a magic pill. I don’t have a magic wand that makes everything better in a matter of seconds. Quick fixes never work, because they don’t treat the root cause of the problem. Real change takes some time, and it can be scary to step into a new healthy lifestyle by yourself. I’m here as an accountability coach, to help you take action in your new decisions.
